Check your charger. Most are auto voltage these days (ie 110 - 240) if you need to convert you will need a big heavy transformer! It'll be cheaper to buy a new charger!

Buy the swiss travel products - world travel adaptor(black) a travellers' best friend, works anywhere in the world. Available on all QR inflight dutyfree costs around 110 Qrs. This is what I use whenever I travel around the globe. A best buy and must buy for any universal traveller.

Or look for this shop called 'Radio Basheer' near Arab Bank Roundabout (the roundabout that is on the same road as Doha Bank- Musherib branch, that is near those electrical hardware shops).

If you are coming from Doha Petrol station towards Sofitel/Mercure Grand, take a right at the lights and go proceed straight to arab bank roundabout. Take a right at the roundabout and almost immediately on your right side is Radio Basheer.

You should find it in the travel/ luggage section of any mall.

If you don't want to get it from here, you can find the same at any walmart in the luggage section.

http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=10983769&findingMethod=rr

That is the one that I have.
