can a person with a minimal fibroid scar in his lungs can still wrok here in qatar? i mean if a person come here to find work (through business visa) and later on will undergo medical exam and finds out about this condition..but this minimal fibroid scar means it has been cured and the person has undergone medication and he completed the process...

will the employer allowed this?? coz i know it depends upon the discretion of the employer if they will waive it or not...am i right?

and what about if the person has certification coming from the doctor that he has been cured and has undergone treatment? once he had his medical exam and sees the scar, can they accept the certificate coming from the doctor? (doctor not from here in qatar, but from his native country)..

please help me coz i really dont have any idea about this...thanks!!!!

The medical certificate obtained from your country is not valid in Qatar. Your friend must go for a medical examination before his/her resident permit approval. The employer can do nothing in this matter and the authorities will not allow to stay your friend in this country if tests confirm he/she infected by any kind of transmitting deceases. I dont know how they consider your case. Better to go a prior medical examination before going to the medical commission Qatar. Good luck!

it is possible to work here in Qatar, provided his work does not involve food handling etc.His sponsor has to contact the medical commission and declare that he does not mind him working here with him

Regarding your question about scars i think its very difficult for a person to pass the medical exam here because they are very strict when it comes to scars on lungs eventhough its healed already like what happen to my friend and co-workers before even they have all supporting documents with them still the medical commission failed there medical exam but with god nothing is impossible.Goodluck
