If your are from the UK, US, Europe, Austrailia, NZ. Copy her driver's license from that county. She needs the original to be show at the License Dept. She'll have a eye test there. Pay the fees(don't know what they are now check the Marhaba book)wait and they give you the license then. Only debit cards no cash.

I am told that now people have to take a driving test, unless you know someone who knows someone.
