what is the name of the office or building coz really we dont have any idea...

The court you are referring to is the one in Musherib area. They will both need to present authenticated birth certificates and certificate of singleness. They can proceed to the office in the right side of the building, ground floor but it has a separate entrance.

by the way, the two people who wants to get married are both muslims but with different nationalities....
