how to verify trafic violations?

I was fined QR500/- by traffic dept. reason is given as loading a vehicle in a way that causes danger to public and property. I did pass through that particular location on that day and time but there was no load in my car.please advise me.

This is a fine for Speeding. the loading thing is only a wrong translation from Arabic.
