I talked to the sales agent again today and he said that they have a new service center in Wakrah. Also now they work round the clock 24/7 while earlier it was just 8 hours.
He told me not to worry, TOYOTA after sale service is improving.
Problem is when I asked about their after sale service to the sales agent, he smiled but refused to give any comments. He only told me that you need to do all your services in TOYOTA to keep your warantee.
He was very good to me and really did an excellent job in helping me to choose the car I was looking for.
But after hearing about the after car sale service from some of my acquintances, I am confused.
The aftersales services in toyota is very poor i am telling this based on my experiences with them... my blood pressure went up when getting my first 1000 kph service with them.
