is it legal if i want to transfer my visa on a company,but to make an agreement (condition) that any time i want to transfer it to my husbant the will give me release...is it ok?
He can sign that he will give you a release but when the time comes he doesnt have to. I think there is a stipulation in the law that he cannot refuse to release you to your husbands sponsorship, only to another company.
Once you sign an agreement no matter what conditions you put, your hands are tied.It's upto your sponsor to release you or not, and he if you put too much pressure he is legally within his right to send you back.I don;t know what circumstance you are in but keep you husband's sponsorship, you are on a stronger wicket.
