hi everyone!

I am a 20 year old student from Sri Lanka, a former national U-19 basketball player.
I like to turn pro in a good basketball club (Basketball is not a professional sport in sri lanka).

Can someone please give me some info with regards to the procedures that are in place when a player wants to be recruited to a club in Qatar?
