The girl in the Philippines shall wait for her approved qatar visa then go to any DHL and give the visa+passport pay some fees. After 3-5 days DHL will call her to pick up the passport. Then, it is all done for her. She can go to airport and fly Qatar but don't forget to bring all her documents authenticated (red ribbon) in here or else she will pay a lot to Philippine Embassy.
The agency might require...hotel reservation and 5,000.00 dirhams as pocket money....the airport immigration may or may not asked these...but when I get my 3 friends none of them were asked about these.
