Talk to your bank in UAE. I too has loan that being paid in staggered payment agreed by myself and the bank. I pay the amortization every month by sending through any money transfer company which you can easily find in the Souq (there are too many of them). Then I will scan the receipt and send to the bank attention to the one in-charge of your account. Have a nice paying day!....

There is an exchange center in City Center, its Qatar UAE exchange one branch I knew also somewhere in Al Saad
