I have a bank loan to be settled. But if the company terminates my contract and refuses to give me NOC letter, then what can I do? Can I get out of the country? please advise.

If the company terminates you (there is a one month notice period), your company is obliged to inform the bank. Mosts of the time, the bank will talk to your employer to give you NOC or else your company will have bad record with the bank. Don't ever try to run from your obligations, all banks now has their own ways to catch you especially when you were in your home country. If you were not in your home country, the bank will continue hunting you and will issue a demand letter which will discomfort you and your family. Good luck!

selam: if the company terminates and they don't give NOC you will be notified by authorities to leave the country ASAP. Besides you could be banned

If the bank from which you have the loan is the same where your salary is transfered they will be notified of your terminatio by the company and for sure they will ask you to settle all debts before departing the country.

If yoiu fail to do so they could file a case against you in capital police and you could held at the airport even jailed until a settlement is received by the bank.

Save the hassle, save the worries just try to settle the debt with the bank.

Regards!!

You should settle the loan amount and get NOC from Bank.
