I have a bank loan to be settled. But if the company terminates my contract and refuses to give me NOC letter, then what can I do? Can I get out of the country? please advise.
If the company terminates you (there is a one month notice period), your company is obliged to inform the bank. Mosts of the time, the bank will talk to your employer to give you NOC or else your company will have bad record with the bank. Don't ever try to run from your obligations, all banks now has their own ways to catch you especially when you were in your home country.
