Don't even think about it.i know some people who tried and been denied entry when caught with cooked and raw pork meat.Plus the embarrassment you'll get with it.

I suggest not listening to people like draj.

It is against the law and you can get 2 weeks in prison.

Would you risk that just to eat pork?

in the arrival area in the airpoirt there are 2 ATM from which you could get QAR on arrival (I guess it is 2 of them....can't actually recall that)

I'm sure they will be open at 9pm, especially in Ramadan, 9pm is early by Doha standards, most banks will be open at this time!

Pork in Ramadan would be a bad decision.

Most government bodies still limit transactions to debit/credit cards. Not sure if passport control has changed but as far as I know it is still a fee payable only via a card, and not in cash.

I could be wrong though.

just delete the name pork on all the products.. with parmanent marker or take out the label and bring it.. if somebody asks then say its chicken luncheon meat.. i did the same and brought around 15 cans of pork bacon + luncheon meat...nobody asked me...

It is illegal to do so and would be especially a bad idea during Ramadan. You could find yourself in a bad situation at the airport.

About the visa, don't know if they accept cash now. Check the airport website.

No, all pork products will be confiscated at customs. A visa on arrival is 100 QR. But you will have to have QRs.

be best if you don't bring any pork product esp. in this holy month of ramadan...
