I finished 1 year with my sponsor and cancelled my permit. Now I am a visitor and want to know what are the laws involved if I want to work for the opposition but only in a parttime position on a visitor visa? I appreciate any reply.

GALLOPER..!

What about those who are under their father or husband sponsor. THey still need a NOC from their sponsor for work even they have permit to live here.

As she mentioned she is on visit here and want to work part time on visit VISA which i do not think is allowed here in QATAR.

the working permit entitles you to get the Resident Permit. If you don't have a job here then you won't get the RP. Simple as that.

Eisha have you tried in getting a NOC from your sponsor so that you can apply to other job. Otherwise you are in Legal trouble and if found by authorities you could be deported and banned from entry in Qatar.

Regards!!

Baldrick is correct

YOU cannot work with any company.

The visa you are holding is only for visiting your family here for few months.

If you want to work, You need to get permanent Visa and then only U can work.

Permament visa could be 2 type

Either WORKIT PERMIT or RESIDENT PERMIT and in Resident Permit you must b required NOC from your sponsor.

Sorry for the BITTER TRUTH

Legally, you cannot work on a visit visa. Both you and the company involved would be breaking the law.

Also by this arrangement you would have no medical cover or rights under the labour law.
