Hi,

I just wanna ask if anybody here knows if the Hamad Immigration could process visa application for new born baby?

Please let me know and tell me what are the essential requirements... I am planning and intend to apply in there instead going in Immigration Dept. at Abu Hamour Area.

thanks,

Presume that the Baby was born in Qatar.

1. apply for baby's birth certificate at NHA office located at Asian Games village. It will take one week. You need to take Passport copies and visa copies of the parents.

2. With the birth certificate apply for a passport at your country's embassy

3. with the passport and visa copies of parents, apply for resident visa for the baby at any of the immigration offices.

4. if you don't apply for a visa within three months of baby's birth, you will have to pay a small fine.
