Best Place for Car servicing?

Hi, my car's road permit is due on 18 Oct. should my car go for inspection first or go for servicing first? My car is Chervolet Optra 2004. Dont know how much it will cost for servicing and pass the inspection. Where is the best and cheapest workshop? Any opinion? thank you.
just do jackwash and then go...it cleans up the engines as well...helps in impressing the inspection ppl :)
I personnally did not go for servicing , but if your car has lot of mud so as it is hiding the paint beneth, then you should go for the wash. Waqood on najma road charge 25 QR for autowash.
Better go for inspection first.
Once they found out the technical problem of your car they will put it as major or minor fault. Through that, you will know where to focus your repair for the car.
Do the Service first. Go to AcDelco they are good and cheap
