Sure, you just need to be extremely unfriendly and unhelpful and for sure they'll give you the job.

If you're bilingual and have a good grasp in English and Arabic language then prolly you can apply. The bigger the waasta the better. (sources)

moreover, Voda call centre is outsourced. the calls usually get diverted to India.
