Split AC costs for the average villa

I am interested to know in a large 4 bed villa what would the monthly split AC costs be and is it normal for tenants to have to pay it on top of water ad electricity? Is it pretty cheap and would it vary between summer and winter that much?

I wont really call it Winter here in Doha, almost one month of a NOT HOT weather !

all AC's are always operating most time of the year.

water bills are not costing I suppose

I figured out once that it cost approx 250QR per split AC per month. Obviously since one doesn't run AC in the winter the electric bills goes down considerably.
