i came here with visit visa under my father's sponsorship for 6 months. then i'll go back to my country after 6 months..
my question is..
what if my husband will try to sponsor me for me to go back here in Qa, still with visit visa..
will i still have to wait for 3 months interval(out of Qa) ??

Your question is not clear.

I thnk you came here on a VISIT visa under your fathers sponsorship.

I think your husband is also working here under PERMANET RESIDENT VISA, right ?

In case , ur husband fulfills the immmigration criteria for a family status and you are chanigng to his visa, there is no need to fly out of the country. I heard they charge QR.500 extra , and transfer while you are within the country. No need to go back and come again
