Problem with Kahramaa website's online payment?
Do you guys know if there's a problem with the online payment of both Hukoomi and Kahramaa or do they have a new link for payment of the account?
I've been using our virtual HSBC Mastercard for online payment for Qtel(worked fine) & some other online shopping, but it gives me an error message on both Hukoomi & Kahramaa.
Anyone else had the same problem and what do we need to do to fix it?

Yes I have faced the same problem several times, and it seems to be getting wors.
I had even paid for July and found out that it was not recieved, though I got a bank notification that the transaction was approved, and ended up paying August + Sep ?!
Did not yet have the time to go to Kahramaa to solve the pending isue....

when you face this problem,call that moment immediately to this number ie 4247222 ie Hukoomi service,they will guide you with certain steps,which helps in solving this problem,
