There is no problem to bring your dog from Dubai to Doha, I have done it and that Saudi Border people are very nice with them.
You just need to get your paperwork from the Dubai Animal Goverment department along with the injections they require.

I think its ok....just bring all papers for your dog for safety reason!
first check with saudi embassy, whether they allow or not, and if they allow also check what documention required.
I believe u can but may require documentation like vet certificate.. check with the qatar embassy in dubai
No....not allowed. You will not get the road visa from Saudi in the 1st place.
