as Sebichanmjose wrote there is no life ban. I received new employees just now and they were here.I got rp for them. But pls note that they were before compnay visa and now personal.I dont have idea about commercial visa because I deal with personal visa only.

Two years bar is ok.

with noc anytime.

deported with big crime may cause life ban.

It seems that all of u are not aware of the new rule which was implemented in March 2008. The new rule states that, if you cancels your current visa and goes out of Qatar, u will need to have an NOC from your previous employer to comeback on a new visa. If you are unable to obtain an NOC, u will never be able to comeback to Qatar even after two years. The two year ban is lifted and a life ban has been applied unless u have an NOC. Means, if u want to apply for a new visa, emigration guys will ask for the NOC first and if its not attached with, they will just throw ur application into the bin. So try to get an NOC b4 applying for a new visa.

Good Luck.

You must have an NOC to come back to Qatar to work less than 2 years after your RP is cancelled.
