Drivers License
I went down to the traffic dept and tried to get my license. I had my application (typed in arabic), copy of my passport, copy of license, and eye test. I have an American license. The captain told me that I have to go to driving school. I have also heard that on this forum very recently. Then I heard that a guy I work with from the UK went down two weeks ago and got his the same day. So is it anti-American or just the captain's prerogative? My friend from work also said that he did it after he got his residence permit. I wonder if that mattered? Any ideas people?
