one of my friend is working in a contracting company, he is leaving the country with NOC, he wants to come back again with a new job after 6 months. is there any validy of that NOC Form?? (some one told me that NOC will expire in two months from the date of issue) kindly advice

NOPE ... if less then 2 years, he still need to get NOC from the company.
