consumer protection diamond ring

i brought a diamond ring in dubei and after going home to my native country and needing to get a claw fixed on the ring was told some painful truths about the ring i purchased. does anyone know if there is comsumer protection in dubei and the right way to go about solving the problems i have with my ring basically the claws aare catching and was told that the diamonds are spinning around and have consequently chipped and that there are several cracks in the setting and the ring is warped due to them expanding the size of the band any advice would be great thank you
