CBQ account holders BEWARE
Two weeks ago while trying to access my CBQ bank account the site gave a message wrong user name or password. I called the bank. I told them that I found it strange as I did not change the password. They said since you have a joint account you and your wife must use the same user name and password. My wife said she also had problems logging on. Once I accessed the account online I discovered many unauthorized transactions in other countries from my credit card. If you have any problems logging in to access your CBQ account call the bank and report it and insist they investigate it. Don’t wait. They block you from accessing you account online while they rob you. So much for CBQ virtual keyboard and security!

no bank is good. keep trying each bank every five years.
I consider CBQ very low care about customer service, 6 months ago i moved to another company and my salary is double to what used to be, i have submitted a salary letter to have my credit cards activated again...and im still waiting any reply from them...my husband been in a similar situation, he asked for a second checkbook and they said it was rejected with no reason, we never took a loan, no debts with CBQ at all...unfortunately for them..we will be removing our savings from CBQ and go to other banks...any suggestion...good customer service bank in Qatar?

how come you didnt apply for SMS alerts. that way you would have known about all the transactions taking place in your account
