Hmm...you mean 'Babe In Total Control of Herself' kinda way.
Guess it all depends on how you use the word. (Like you can say someone's a 'lucky b*****d' even if you dont have any intentions to raise questions on his mother's life.)
Again, wht one sees as 'speaking your mind', others might see as being rude/insensitive.
The piece sounds more like a desperate attempt by someone on the defensive. :-p

Most of the sentiments are apt. However,there is a fine line between being proud and individual and being selfish.
I personaly believe that by saying:
I do things my way and
I live my life MY way,
you are crossing that line...
looks like the definetion of someone who is no more on QL..lol
