Please advise and let me know as my wife is not under my sponsorship.
she is working in aconstruction company from the last 3 years .
in case of cancellation of current visa (her work visa),

Will she be able to come back on Family visa ( as we have got the family visa)

if Yes do we require any NOC from the previous sponsor or not.

or two years ban will be applicable in this regard.
what is the produre?
