Unfair Blackberry Service fees?

Is Qtel milking us with their Blackberry Service offer?

We have created a Facebook group called "Qtel please Fair Blackberry fees" but I wanna know your opinion.

I was shocked to find out that my friends pay 60 riyals for unlimited data usage in Egypt
and 99 SR for 1 GB in Saudi
and Qtel is charging us 125 riyals for just 10 MB
is that fair?

Actually to them, increasing bandwidth is decreasing prices, they get less money.

its the bandwidth, 10 mb is so cheap, I could speak to the PR manager of Qtel I know him and I know he has the power to do something about it, but then I would be speaking for my self

so I just need some people with me who agree that 10 mb is sooo few then I can escalate this to him

QTel will change their charges as THEY see fit.

Q and V are almost partners in crime, they both benefit from price increases, and lose money on reducing prices.

I used Q-tel BB services for few months & got it disconnected because of high charges. It's not the worth it.

I will surely join FB to show my concern & wait for vodafone.

do you think you have any other choice?

Or maybe you could wait for Vodafone.

Anyway, we signed: "terms and conditions apply".

lool I know bleu

but I have a feeling this time it will, its just that Qtel is very concerned about customers these days, with all the offers they are giving now, that should be easy.

and last time I was in Qtel i was on a stick and some other customer saw me and asked me how come ur in th Q? and he turned out to be a quality controller and he really escalated it

I'm not asking for anything free, just reasonable bandwidth, and I do know how to get that on at least the desk of the PR manager in Qtel

just show some support guys instead of negativity and leave the rest to me

Did you know...

..

...

That facebook groups and online petitions don't work in changing the status quo in this part of the world...

I'm not upset about the fees am upset about the bandwidth

we are just getting 10 MB and everywhere is either more than 1000 MB or unlimited

I checked like 10 countries Qtel's offer is not even compared to any other network provider I came across

we are getting just 10MB when every other network provider is giving more than a 1000

The question wasn't too smart hence the answer BF. You can't judge the prices across 3 different countries and say stuff like that.. Why don't they jusge the price of oil across US, Qatar and India and then say that it's not right, we should pay more...

They charge what they charge, you don't like it, don't use it..

I hope governments don't make their decisions based on facebook groups, I can create 10,000 ids and keep joining the group myself and you have 10,000 virtual supporters for the "cause"...

I think that is really unfair. What you did is just right, i mean that 'facebook-voice out thing'.

sandeepkadian your comments are just helpful....NOT:(

You think they care when you have no other option...

If vodafone sucks threads I see everyday here then I don't think you really have an option..

We will send Qtel a formal letter with a link of the facebook group we created, I think that should work, especially that BB is not exclusive to Qtel as Vodafone with iPhone
