Hey Guys i was wondering if anyone could guide or assist me or provide some Info on the procedure to change my wifes name from her maiden name to after marriage name on her Rp......We hold an Indian passport .........I would appreciate any usefull Information...........

You need to submit her passport, letter from the Embassy, marriage certificate to your PRO, Also you need to advertise in the News Paper for one week. The process takes around 2 to 3 months.
