for the time bieng am work for resturant... .but am not interest about the salary that they pay me..Do u think that i can transfer to the other job..... if not can i change my visa as a business partner with any qatari... then i can manage my own busniess....

For a business partnership with a Qatari, you need not change your profession/visa for the time being. Start your business and then gradually you can change the visa type lateron....Best wishes.
