Concrete slab of a bed! Any ideas for comfort ???? I have had enough!
I am seriously over my concrete slab of a bed. My body aches. Does anyone have any suggestions for solving the problem.
I don't want to buy a whole new mattress as all the furniture in my villa is provided by my employer.
Does anyone know where I an get some sort of mattress topper that actually helps?
Put down a duvet (over your mattress obviously). Or just buy a better mattress....then sell it when you leave.
Mattress with 120 density.. will be hard(and soft as well) enough to stop back ache problems...
try to find this in qatar foam(near souq)....
never buy the foam mattress ... they spoil ur back...

Place an 18mm thick plywood UNDER your matress... you can also put carpet over the plywood.
You may also check the classifieds for second hand beds, they're a lot cheaper...
Silly your employer for not providing you a good bed to sleep.
...spend something for comfort.
