Hello,

I am going through an interview with QTel and will be going through an assessment with them as part of the interview process.

I would like to give myself a head start on the assessment and would like to know if anyone here have similar experience that could give me some insight.

Thank you very much for your kind advice.

Cheers.

helpful interview tips:

- never trumble, put leg on leg, sit confidence but not irrogant, speake moderate but confidence, if you dont know simply mention it or try to avoid the issue smartly

- never say the exppected salary, wait until they give you an amount then negotiate

- they gonna ask you common questions, like why you wanna join q-tel, what's your interest in us, what you can add to q-tel by being hired, have to get very well prepared your answers depending on your day to day values, beliefs and experience

- manage your appearance very well, if you are a man take this tips:

wear a dark suit (grey, brown, blue) not too loose or too tight, a formal just one, take a clean hair and beard shave, dont put alot of perfume, or wear too much accessories, hide any tatoos you have, if you have... especially ethnic signs or accessories.

- show your flexibility, how hard worker you are, and remain focused, NEVER loose your temper coz this could be a test, dont tolerate any kind of humilation, show dignity and confidence especially if its a managerial level.

- prepare a suituation in your mind when you had to take a hard disicion concerning work, coz this is a question most oftenly asked..

hope you the best of luck and hope my tips could help.
