Is there anybody know about a good doctor for the treatment of Migrane & Sinus problems?

Im having Migrane & Sinus problem for the last 10 years and done a lot to get release from this problem but I could not found any good surgeon who could permanently finish this.I m requesting here is there anyone who had the same problem in the past and got the treatment?

I had chronic sinusitis before and going to Doctors did no help because they can only recommend things to alleviate what you are feeling but not eliminating them totally. So far I have not known any medicine to cure Sinusitis.

Thanks to ALOE VERA product that was introduced to me 10 years back. My sinusitis has come back to this time. You probably can try same.
