You are right its not in Wakra......but in Wukair.Quality of construction is so so. Just visited today. Already the sink fittings are rusting. Believe me its already looking like 2 years old , although people have just started moving in just 1month back.

The whole inside area is very dusty as this area is fully sorrounded by desert. No population around it at all.Be ready to always wipe things for dust accumalation.

All the furnitures are Soukh Haraj type. Low Quality.
But to be fair to them ....yu have T.V fridge/wash mc/gas etc.
One thing is that Elect/Wter is free for 3 months only. You have to pay for 12 months on 15 months.

As they have a total of 4 compounds in this area i.e 5000 units ( yes bigger than Barwa) and only one is ready just now they are going for a media blitz and putting ad every day in newspapers to catch tenants as only 600 are filled till as of today .
In 2-3 months more will be ready and they are anxious.
As we will see a decline in rent more in a couple of month so catch as many as yu can.

Actually Ezdan3 village is located in Al-Wekair which is near to Al-Wakrah but not in a Al-Wakrah itself.
i beleive in general is good (compaund living with nice facilities and logic rent + 3 months free)
it depends alos on your work location.
