Qatar Airway: This type of service should be called as 5 Star Airline?????

My children took Qatar Airline to come DOHA with around 9 hours flying. They don't get the seat as per my booking when I bought the tickets and NO TOYS for Kids.
This is called 5 star air line. I will say NO.

I like the story of manees starting with "once upon a time". I have seen the post of one friend asking to drop a suggestion in their suggestion box. They will consider it if it is something good for them but not for a complaint.
They have various classes in their economy and once I paid the highest fare to get a seat in the last row even if I checked in earlier and when I made a complaint against it the guy who was responding to my e-mails told me that he cannot do anything.
Didn't you give them any toys yourself?
Comparing to fare it is right, they were squeezing Indian passengers.
It means they should mention like
5 Star Airline in year ?????? not 2009.
I don't think its a 5 star airline, I always use it cuz its my only choice to go to Washington DC for direct flight, and I never like their service.

we avoiding Qatar Airways at ALL COSTS.
Sorry to know that QatarAirways didnot provided you what they promised... and then again............I feel that Qatar Airways cant be called a 5star airline as their overall service is ok ! but not so good....secondly their Aircrafts are too too small...one cannot sit comfortably in the seats... The meal is also bogus and it seems like they donot change their menu at all.
Once upon a time Qatar Airways was a five star airline and we have enjoyed their srvices. But as usual Qatar airways also is miserably failing to maintain the five star status and their services is day aby day deteriorating. About distribution of toys to kids, I have also faced the same problem, Qatar airways staff usually discrimate, their staff need proper customer satisfaction training based on human value.

perhaps you're right no toys for kids and maybe no proper seat but it's still 5* airways comparing with many airways such Emirates and Cathy pacific when you see your self has got less value based on your race and your skin color and you're treated on that basis then is there any rate for them!!!?...u can ask your children how they had been treated onboard?!! based on that you can give your flag, but apparently didn't yet...anyhow you can easily drop this suggestion into their suggestion box in their main office Qatar airways tower near Toyota Junction or by visit their website. Trust me you'll have a great echo...
By the way based on the type of my job I've have been doing many business travels and i had a very long experience of many other airways and i found QATARAIRWAYS are a much, much, much better than any other Middle East & western airlines...
