Are there any alternative ways to lodge complaint at QTEL except calling 111 or 115. My internet and landline phones are not working since 11/12/09. Several times I called those nos but could not reach to customer care executives. Only automated recorded voice played every time. Please help.

the most effectively will be if u urslf get in the main Qtel Office & speak to the concerned Division Director/Manager.

call 111 and wait until the customer service guy attends you. Last month the same thing happened to me and I waited for 50 minutes to get the service guy online. There is no other option. (tip: call 111, put it on speakerphone and continue your work until he attends your call)

Best option would be to personally go down to any Qtel outlet near your home & make a formal complaint.

write to the manager. Go to any Qtel shop and get the address. or try their website to see if they have any email you can write to..
