Water/Electric bill for family visa??

We're an American ex-pat family. My husband has his RP and my son and I are going to go for RP's as well under him. My question is.....is it absolutely necessary for us to have the water & electricity bills to get our family visas? Are there any ex-pats here that have done it without the bills? Looking for actual experience, not guessing.....thanks..

I applied RP for Family recently without Electricity and Water Bill (Only Rent agreement I attached with application) but I got Approval. So you will get Approval. Best of Luck

You ask your company to provide you any Electricity bill under comapny name that is more than enough. (my own experiance)

There is no need for the w/e bill. I've been to this process several times. Trust me... :)

Yes, you have to submit the Electricity & Water bill. However, it does not have to be in your name. They accept any bill. I think it is for identifying your area and location.

Yes, since many expat villas have the utilities paid for by the company. We didn't submit w/e bills since we've never seen one. Your mandoub should be doing this, anyway.

What??? I never heard it's required.

Same scenerio with me, I got my RP done then got my family's RP done (obviusly through company) and still no Water/Elect connection as on date. So?

..and it's real exp no guessing.
