The main reason is due to security issues. Everything is strict after 9/11. No offence.

I am hired in a mutinational company but now they say that we can not arrange visa for pakistani person. There r alot of egyptians and indians working in the company but only 2 or 3 pakistani so i think quota should not finish by giving only 2 or 3 visas. Due to this problem my company is sending me back. Is there any possibility that i can get visa?

It is not like Pakistanis are not wanted here, All companies are having a fixed quota to hire certain nationalities and when they reach to that quota they have to start hiring other nationalities as well.
