voip problems

dear QLs,

I have problems with my action voip. its not at all clear. it was working fine till last week and thereafter it has started to give me problems, when i enquired my freinds told with them its quite fine. What could be the possible reason? any clues??
As a matter of fact I checked my net connection, signals are excellent and even when the call is active the software itself shows excellent quality.

Hi, it is working fine with me. As our other members advised, check your mic/headset as well as update to newer version.

Secondly, I am facing some problem regarding sending SMS from Active Voip & Freecall. Until 2 weeks ago, it was working fine. For the past 2 weeks, money is getting deducted, but not reaching the SMS.

The second thing you must do is to check your device. Maybe your headset/tel is defective.
