Hello All

well this is my situation.
I was working in company X (my current sponsor), I left it and I went to Company Y under 6 months leasing (till April 2010).
Now I find another job in company Z, my sponsor gave me already NOC to this company.
I dont want to wait till my leasing period finish after 4 months, neither the company Z.

what can I do with campany Y.
can I cancel the leasing visa and go immediately to work with company Z?
If the company Y are not ok to let me go, they can oblige me to stay till April?
