Mozaic TV

Hi everybody,
I am facing a connection problem with my Mozaic TV. My Mozaic TV is not getting connected while my internet and landline are working properly. I have made complaints many times to Qtel and they are always asking me to remove all the connections on the wifi router and the set up box and after trying 2-3 times it gets connected. It was once a while earlier and now a days it is happening very often. There are two indicators on the set up box and the green one which indicates the connection is not stable at all. It keeps blinking and it will get connected only when the indicator is stable with a greenish light. Do any of you have this problem and got some ideas to overcome this issue. I dont want to call Qtel to hear again from them to remove all those connections and reconnect them one by one as usual. I think it is some technical issue with ths set up box. Your valuable suggestions will be highly appreciated.

I face the same problem with Mozaic TV.

@ Mr_qatar - i got the same reply too!

They treat their customers like crap. As long as we don't have an alternative, we are stuck with this ridiculously hopeless company that portrays itself as one of the best in the world.

im also facing the same problem & the same reply from the qtel.dont know what to do. because of this f***ing problem i missed the beautifull cricket match (pakistan vs india) in knockout champion series..2 days ago i call qtel & request them that plzz provide me another router instead of this bullshit. you know what they reply..hmmmm...she told me that "visit your nearest qtel franchise & buy a new router for yourself which will cost you 210-QR."
