Your Favorite HR Policies
Today, I am trying to figure out some HR Policies that I really adore which were implemented from my previous companies. As an employee, I feel very lucky when my company provides wonderful benefits & secures our welfare.
We come from different companies… Small or big doesn’t matter as long as they make you feel (especially the HR people) legally protected, financially secured, psychologically guided & enables you to enhance your capability through skills enhancement programs. This is what we call, conducive workplace.
These Policies are just some of them:
1. Annual Performance Incentives
2. Annual Company Out of Town
3. Quarterly training programs
4. Monthly Food Supply (in our case, 1 sack of rice)
5. Monthly Birthday Celebration
Now, what are you most adored HR Policies?
theres a lot of comment about the sack of rice...:P we have that in the philippines guyz...
temper is something u cant get rid of... by loosing it...
Re alignment of salaries to the industry practice but till now not being implemented. I will turn 2 years in my company but salary remains the same and such policy continues to be a promise.

Funny, giving a sack of rice! They should be giving that to famine stricken people in Ethiopia.
And HR should give a few crates of beer instead.

my company here in doha provides us 1 sack of rice monthly...only sack but no rice...suck company...
I requested HR to install Beer vending machine....
These are common HR policies in companies in the Philippines.
