phone interview from QP

hello friends,
goodmorning to all,,im just wondering,,,what mostly they are asking for the phone interview from QP...and how u know if u will pass or not...is it straight away they will tell u the outcome of interview?any idea or share there experiences please to all the QP employee...thanks in advance,,,good day!!! :D

Before calling you for a personal interview, they would like to know your experience,work knowledge, qualifications etc., it is not only in QP in most of companies will follow the same procedures.

In the first instance, QP does not encourage phone interviews unless you are selected for a particular job. If you are selected, then they will call you for a personal (face to face) interview.
