Vodafone bad telecome service!!!!!

Hi GuyS!!!!!!!!
I've been using vodafone telcom for last 3 months!!1
but i xperience such a worst service up to this time
is it any trouble with Motorola MOb with vodafone!!????????
i feel some problems with configuration. its not matching with vodafone. some times

2. i cant stop my voice mail up to dis!, i called Customer care more than 15 times... i followed the steps as per they have given lot of times.. but output is negative
one thing cleard that if we didnt answered.. call is not forwarding.. its cleared
but major problem is that ... the people lose money while they r calling 2 me.. either i'm in switched off or busy
i'm fed up!!! nd not willing to call "CUstomer CARE CHaaaMPION"
any body has suggetions.. can we derive a solution????????
my mother is in india... she always lost money ,, while make a call to me.............
guys plz... tel solutios!!

Hi Eldoradoqatar,

have you been able to turn your voicemail off? **004*141# and call button will automatically deactivate your voicemail. Power your phone off and back on for the change to take effect. If you have any issues call us on 111.

it's not your phone, i had a motorolla with vodafon, had to switch to nokia to make it work.

the stupid incompitant vodafon tech support are good for NOTHING.

just change your mobile.

This is just simple problem ur cell phone is perfect .U have to disable ur voice mail box service then no one lost money when u r not avail etc

Dosen't makes any difference comparably with Qtel. Have quite a frustrated months of waiting for internet installation

But seriously by changing to GSM you solved a problem for me that Vodafone guys have not been able to save for 3 days.

it is NOT your phone. I have a perfectly fine E71. I had my number as Flexi and wanted it changed to Red, it took me 3 visits to their Lulu office and 15 calls over 3 months and each time they did swear it is RED and then my credit card get's reduced by 110 Ryal.

As if that is not enough the whole block I live in give me connection error no matter what number I dial even 111. This has been like this for 3 days, I did contact their support by email and they have done a shit about it.

International calls are a nightmare to connect. I have been in some underdeveloped countries with only 2G but this Vodafone service is outstandingly the worst pile of crappy shit I have ever seen.

And yes, the mailbox feature is killing me as well.

called Qtell and spoke with some dude ( ahmad ).. I would tell him please listen to my problem before you transfer me to your punishment waiting queue, and he would say, Yes sir i would transfer you now.. I'm like NO please!.. don't just listen to me first.. and he's like Yes sir ill transfer you now...

like 4 times.. haha... What a shitty service

i went through the the same annoying voice mail forward at the start. but there is a undisclosed solution for this, where if you werent reachable your caller wont be charged and not directed to voice mailbox, instead alike Qtel it informs them you unavailable. no cost incurred with this.

the setting is long and can be got from the vodafone customer care itself. and disable your voice mailbox.

You cannot say that they are the worst.... They are not...its because they are new to qatar..don't have their own tower..very soon it will be done..

Whatever I vote for vodafone...like their current and upcoming promotions..

yeah u need to dail 10 or more times to get international call made.. and lot of time they charge for unsucsessful call also,,,

You are the effected and you have the right to complain....however technically the mobile move to voice box or broadcast the powered off or cannot be reached message when it is out of network.

Vodafone have issues related to 3G in quiet a lot of patches within Doha and am not sure if is extended outside Doha, so be sure not get trapped, do the following until you are sure that the 3G is restored properly in your common areas.

Go to Network /connection/setting and chose the Network mode as GSM or preferred GSM in lieu of 3G and or preferred 3G, and then the mobile will re boot and you will get the network again……Hope this helps.

However this implies to the phone supporting 3G network mode and most of the good phones are 3G based regardless of the video call camera available or not..
