HI guys, I wanna ask about the employment procedure in qatar , cos I received an offer with 3 month probation period and I signed it & submitted my passport copies,my degree certificate along for visa processing ,meanwhile another company has sent me a better offer in qatar too my question if I to choose the second offer can the first company abstract it though I am still out of qatar till now.

am still out of qatar n no work permit has been issued yet they r only processing my visa to send me.

If you are in qatar and your Resident permit is on your passport through first company then its only possible by the taking NOC from ist company otherwise very sorry.

If the first company have obtained the visa approval based on the documents you provided and signed copy of the contract I am sorry you can’t U-Turn.
