Is it possible to transfer the visa of a philipina servant to a company?

Our Phiipina housemaid has found a job in a company that is asking us to transfer her visa.
As we are her sponsor we have been told it is not possible to transfer a servant visa to a company visa. Is there anybody here having information about that?

Personal sponsorship can only possible to change after 5 years period.
