Qatar...

i left Qatar recently (exactly 1 month and 6 days) to complete my studies..and i miss it,i miss it so much it hurts,i actually moved on from missing my friends n family to missing things i never thought i would miss although i am in a great country n i can t complain but i miss the crazy traffic,i miss never finding a parking spot in the big malls on thursday evening,i miss the surprise u get when suddenly the municipality closes the road i take and it takes me 30 min to find my way again,i miss seeing fancy cars and nissan tidas everywhere ,i miss how everything was close and the only thing i really had to complain abt is the traffic,i miss the old souk where u seem to see all the ppl in Doha,i miss the fact that when u actually stand still in a public place u see so many nationalities that u really don t see anywhere else.i miss the pearl although there is not much to do there but i still miss the view,i miss driving by the corniche in the early morning and watching the workers watering the grass,i miss that no matter what is the event ppl celebrate it by parading by the corniche,i miss the sports agenda that i cant keep up with although i am totally into sports,i miss feeling how life was easy(i mean no major stress),i miss taking safety for granted,i miss how warm ppl are there,i miss the hot weather..when i wake up n i see the temperature wayyy below zero,i really miss the 40C i was complaining about all the time,i miss going to coffee beanery after parties where i again see everybody i left in the party,i miss Qtel and its crappy services..
we really don t appreciate what we have until we loose it,i had this melt down when i saw the 3 min video in qatarbid2022.com,it just brought back every tiny memory i have abt Qatar the greatest small country in the world
