QAWS contact number

HI there. Can anyone help please? I am desperately trying to get in touch with QAWS and the number I have for them is giving the 'unobtainable' tone.
It is the same number as advertised on their website.
Can anyone help please?

Follow up question if I may:

Does QAWS provide also provide vaccination services to cats ?

My kid recently 'adopt' a stray cat into our house. There is possibility that she (the cat) previously belong to someone as she look very domesticated. Can I bring her to QAWS and have her vaccinated ? Can anyone give some indication of how much it will cost?
