I just change the profession on my RP.

To do that you need :

- Letter from your sponsor

- Copy of your work contract

- Copy of your Academic qualification

- and of course original passport with old RP attached and ID to be changed.

As letter from your employer is required, the best course of action is to get them to do it for you. It's better than doing it through someone else which sound like a 'grey operation' .
