Check with Grand Regency Hotel. I think their buffet is Qr. 100/-

go check SHANGHAI GARDEN, 3rd floor, of City Center...Lunch buffet is 49QAR/head and Dinner buffet is 59QAR/head...goodluck and enjoy!

once i used to in Ramada. they have a resturant "BRISTO BRISTO". as i remember it was 100/- ( i mean in Aug 2008)
